[Hiring] Corporate Account Executive III @Camunda

Role Description

As a Corporate Account Executive, you'll join a fast-growing sales team and be at the forefront of helping mid-sized organizations break through the automation ceiling by orchestrating AI agents, people, and systems at scale.

This is a role where your contributions will have a visible impact—not only on your customers' success, but on how they operationalize AI across their entire organization.

What You Will Do

• Drive the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and close—with prospects in the corporate segment (typically organizations with under $1B in revenue).
• Partner closely with marketing, partner teams, sales development, and customer success to create compelling customer journeys that turn interest into adoption.
• Position Camunda's unique approach to agentic orchestration—building strong relationships with technical leaders, line-of-business executives, and decision-makers through in-person and virtual settings.
• Accurately forecast, generate/manage pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quota goals with integrity.
• Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each prospect's automation goals, the gaps they face with current tools, and how Camunda helps scale agentic orchestration across their entire business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share learnings, improve our sales playbook, and strengthen how we talk about agentic orchestration in the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in complex B2B SaaS sales, closing deals in the $50k - $250k range.
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex value to both technical and business stakeholders—from CTOs concerned with governance and scale to line-of-business leaders focused on outcomes.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• A growth mindset, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit aligned with Camunda's values.
• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
