Role Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll sell a proprietary fleet maintenance program to national private fleets, backed by a dedicated Customer Success team that handles post-sale so you can stay focused on closing. Compensation is base salary plus uncapped monthly variable — top performers are earning $150K+. Qualifications

• Seasoned sales professional with a true hunter mentality.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Extensive experience in sales within the commercial truck leasing, fleet service, or fleet management industries.
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional skills in managing complex organizational dynamics and aligning multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success in nurturing long-term business partnerships.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to address intricate client requirements.
• Appetite for regional travel one to three weeks of the month.
