Role Description

You drive the sustainable growth of our brands across international European markets with a strong focus on France from the start. As our Commercial Leader (gn) – France, you will lead our expansion into the French B2B channel.

• Establish direct relationships with French mass retailers.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party service providers, including National and Regional Distributors.
• Take responsibility for managing our Nordic Distributor partner with the potential to reapply the model for future new markets.
• Work closely with our International Growth Team to translate global strategies into local commercial success.

Your mission

• Launch and grow TQG’s brand portfolio (More and ESN) within >1 Mass retailer in France.
• Deliver this via direct account interaction and in partnership with 3rd party agencies/distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and other relevant market stakeholders.
• Manage and develop relationships with our third-party distributors across France and the Nordics.
• Drive retailer performance via integrated business plans, making investment decisions across various growth levers.
• Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development.
• Collaborate closely with the TQG International Growth Team on commercial strategy, product portfolio, pricing, in-market activation, and other key growth initiatives.
• Analyse commercial performance and financial KPIs to support business decisions and ensure sustainable market growth.
• Act as the central point of contact for your markets and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of professional FMCG experience in managing major French retail accounts, preferably within Health & Wellness or an adjacent category (food, beverages).
• Existing retailer contacts are an advantage.
• Current or recent experience of Distributor management across international markets.
• Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen; confident in interpreting business performance metrics.
• Proven track record of building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and external business partners.
• Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working independently; a “Hunter” while collaborating closely with a small, highly motivated international team.
• Native or highly proficient French speaker; confident in negotiating contracts and managing senior business relationships in French and English.
