[Hiring] Commercial Account Executive @Ent

Role Description

We're hiring Commercial Account Executives to sell Ent to security teams at organizations up to 2,500 employees. This is a full-cycle hunting role:

• Source most of your own pipeline.
• Run evaluations with security teams.
• Build the business case and close deals.
• Deals move faster in this segment, rewarding activity and discipline.
• Engage in conversations that start with the problem rather than feature comparisons.
• Contribute to product and playbook changes based on field learnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years carrying a quota in a full-cycle closing role selling cybersecurity; endpoint security experience preferred.
• Experience building your own pipeline from a cold list.
• Worked with organizations up to roughly 5,000 employees on multi-stakeholder deals.
• Sold to security buyers and can engage with security practitioners effectively.
• Coachability and willingness to improve based on feedback.
• Ability to keep track of your numbers and analyze past performance.
• Commitment to team success and supporting teammates.
• Experience in demanding environments and long-term commitments.

Requirements

• Bonus: Early seller experience at a startup.
