Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Cold Caller / Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-volume outbound prospecting to business decision-makers on behalf of accounting clients, converting cold leads into qualified sales appointments.

This position requires a true cold-calling specialist with a proven track record, deep resilience, and the ability to navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and consistently meet high-volume activity and conversion targets. You will report to and collaborate closely with the Appointment Setting Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 200–250 outbound cold calls daily to prospective business clients.
• Generate and schedule an average of 3–4 qualified appointments per day for accounting clients.
• Engage business decision-makers, introduce specialized accounting/financial services, and surface potential operational or financial challenges.
• Navigate objections, qualify decision-makers, and establish value to secure booked meetings.
• Log all call activity, prospect responses, notes, and appointment details accurately within CRM tracking systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume, conversation, and scheduled appointment targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions with the Team Lead to refine messaging scripts, objection-handling techniques, and conversion strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Exceptional spoken English with high verbal clarity and executive presence.
• Demonstrated skills in cold outreach, objection handling, qualification, and rapport building.
• Ability to maintain energy, focus, and professionalism across high-volume call shifts (200+ dials/day).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated remote home office.

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting US-based clients or selling into the US business market.
• Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, CPA, fractional CFO, or professional services terminology.
• Hands-on experience navigating sales CRMs, power dialers, and outbound tracking software.

Success Metrics

• Consistently achieving 200–250 outbound calls per day.
• Booking an average of 3–4 qualified meetings per day.
• Maintaining high lead-to-appointment conversion rates through value-driven conversations rather than speed alone.
