[Hiring] Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter @Scale Virtually

2mths ago - Scale Virtually is hiring a remote Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter. πŸ’Έ Salary: unspecified πŸ“Location: USA timezones

Role Description

This is a fully remote opportunity for the role of Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter. Applications that include an introduction video will be prioritized. Due to the fully remote nature of this position, candidates should be comfortable communicating through video calls.

You are the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities. This is not a customer support role. Your responsibility is to engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, qualify their potential, and ensure every qualified prospect is efficiently moved into the sales pipeline.

  • High volumes of inbound inquiries
  • Leads with varying levels of buying intent
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Prospects requiring multiple follow-ups

Your role is to maintain momentum throughout the sales process by ensuring no qualified opportunity is overlooked and every lead receives timely, professional follow-up. This position requires initiative, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and confidence speaking with prospects. Waiting for reminders before following up or relying on constant supervision will result in missed opportunities.

Filtering Signal: This role is not suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable with voice communication, proactive follow-up, or working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects.
  • Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and processes.
  • Candidates who require constant direction or frequent reminders are unlikely to succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from landing pages, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Qualify prospects based on buying intent, budget, business profile, and readiness.
  • Categorize leads according to qualification criteria (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3).
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Escalate high-priority ("Hot") leads requiring immediate attention.
  • Schedule discovery calls, consultations, and follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate calendars to maximize appointment availability.
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through timely reminders.
  • Reschedule appointments when necessary while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate lead records throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Update lead status, notes, follow-up dates, and qualification outcomes.
  • Ensure pipeline information remains organized and current.
  • Support future CRM migration and process improvements when implemented.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who require additional touchpoints.
  • Re-engage inactive leads when appropriate.
  • Answer basic inquiries before scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure every interaction delivers a professional customer experience.
  • Publish approved marketing content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor inbound messages and engagement.
  • Respond to basic inquiries or route prospects appropriately.
  • Track inbound opportunities generated through social media.
  • Maintain organized sales records and appointment schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales team members.
  • Ensure lead handoffs include complete and accurate information.
  • Assist with process improvements that increase sales efficiency.
