[Hiring] VP of Exchanges & Token Markets @Launch Legends

Role Description

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded in July 2021, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes:

• Decentralized compute
• Storage
• Identity
• Service marketplaces
• A full-stack development environment (DevHub)

Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Qualifications

• Has taken a token from term sheet to live trading on at least one centralized exchange, and managed it after the open
• Knows listing pipelines, technical integration, market-maker mandates, and what a venue rejects a file for
• Can read an order book
• Will keep contract addresses, chain IDs, and deposit networks exact
• Can work with Legal on questionnaires and geo-restrictions without freelancing the answer
• Will run a live book before salary normalizes

Requirements

• Time inside a major centralized exchange in listings, token ops, or markets compliance (Nice to Have)
• A second and third live listing, including at least one DEX pool launch with a named liquidity partner (Nice to Have)
• Existing coverage at market-makers and at the venues still ahead of Autheo (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with native-versus-bridged token listings, and with stock-token pairs of the THEO/NVDA type (Nice to Have)
• Understanding of Layer-0 networks, DID, or post-quantum identity well enough to brief an exchange diligence team (Nice to Have)

Company Description

Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. Operating alongside a sovereign Cosmos-based Layer-0 and an EVM-compatible Layer-1, Autheo is designed so applications, infrastructure, and agents settle in one system rather than five vendor stacks.
