Role Description
You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the medical and aesthetic markets. This role suits someone who enjoys the phone, handles rejection well, and wants to build a career in medical sales.

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new and existing leads (target: 100 calls per day).

Introduce Robbins Instruments and clearly communicate our value, product lines, and differentiators.

Share basic product information and answer basic questions, escalating technical questions to the appropriate team member.

Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect's current instruments, suppliers, pain points, purchasing timelines, and volume.

Navigate gatekeepers and complex organizations to identify the key decision maker, economic buyer, and other influencers (surgeons, OR directors, materials managers, practice administrators, procurement and value analysis committees).

Qualify leads against established criteria before booking appointments.

Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for outside sales representatives and coordinate calendars across time zones.

Send confirmation emails, calendar invites, and follow up product materials to prospects.

Provide sales reps with a detailed handoff before each appointment covering contacts, needs, current vendors, buying process, and objections.

Follow up on unresponsive leads through calls, emails, and voicemails using a structured cadence.

Keep CRM records accurate and current, logging all activity, notes, and lead status.

Research target accounts to find new contacts and build prospect lists.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, conversations, and qualified appointments.

Share market feedback, common objections, and competitor insights with the sales team.
Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of successful, verifiable experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident, professional phone presence and clear, easily understood speech.

Proven ability to handle high call volume and stay motivated through rejection.

Strong listening and questioning skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Comfortable with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Requirements

Experience selling or setting appointments in the medical device, surgical, healthcare, or aesthetics industries.

Familiarity with hospital purchasing, GPOs, value analysis committees, or ASC operations.

Understanding of B2B sales processes and buying decisions involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Bachelor's degree.
