Role Description

Our Client is seeking a confident, persuasive, and resilient Call Center Appointment Setter to join its outbound sales team. Functioning as the primary driver at the top of the sales funnel, this professional will:

• Initiate cold outbound calls to US business owners.
• Communicate compelling payment-processing value propositions.
• Navigate gatekeepers, handle objections, and secure qualified in-person sales appointments for field sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound telemarketing, appointment setting, cold calling, or SDR/BDR sales roles targeting business owners.
• Strong sales instinct capable of handling high rejection volumes, overcoming objections naturally, and maintaining high energy throughout daily call blocks.
• Near-native or advanced written and spoken English skills with fluent conversational ability and listening comprehension tailored for US business owners.
• Ability to adapt quickly to call coaching, script structures, and feedback in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Full availability to work standard US Eastern business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
• Quiet, professional home workspace, dedicated computer hardware, noise-canceling headset, and stable high-speed internet.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fintech, payment processing, merchant services, SaaS, telecom, insurance, or POS software sales (preferred).
• Hands-on experience navigating cloud telephony platforms (e.g., CloudTalk) and integrated CRM software (preferred).
• Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) for targeted bilingual US regional markets (preferred).

Benefits

• $1,200 USD/month base salary during Month 1 training/ramp-up, with eligibility for a salary increase starting Month 2, plus a 5% commission on deals closed by field representatives, and additional performance bonuses.
