Role Description

As a sales and business development support advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You drive results by reviewing information requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention.
• Advise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction.
• Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups.
• Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations.
• Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity.

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
