[Hiring] Account Executive @Whereby

Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven Account Executive to help grow Whereby Embedded, our API for embedding video calls, used by digital health and telehealth platforms to deliver seamless video consultations directly within their products. This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on new business development.

• Identify and engage prospective customers
• Create qualified pipeline
• Manage technical and commercial evaluations
• Close new business

You’ll work with organisations making important decisions about their video call infrastructure, helping them evaluate the technical, operational and commercial benefits of partnering with Whereby.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly skilled communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate remotely with our global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B Account Executive or similar role, preferably in SaaS or the healthcare technology sector
• Track record of successfully closing deals with medium to large enterprises
• Proven ability to generate own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and events
• Experience in selling complex technical solutions, including APIs, to healthcare providers or platforms
• Comfortable leading negotiations and handling complex sales cycles
• Experience working with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Lemlist, etc.)
