Role Description

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven B2B Account Executive who knows how to sell professional services to small business owners.

• Conduct discovery and sales calls with small business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
• Manage qualified, company-provided sales opportunities from discovery through closing.
• Identify prospects' business challenges, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present tailored service solutions that address business needs and demonstrate measurable value.
• Confidently close B2B service deals typically valued between $5,001 and $10,000.
• Handle objections around pricing, timing, ROI, and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative, trust-based approach.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual revenue and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from closed deals to client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within a marketing, advertising, recruiting, staffing, financial services, or similar professional services agency.
• Experience working in small companies, startups, or boutique agencies, ideally with fewer than 50 employees.
• Proven experience selling services directly to small business owners, founders, or senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to personally close B2B service deals in the $5,000–$10,000 range or higher.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas, supported by measurable revenue results.
• Experience managing consultative sales conversations from discovery to close.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to communicate the value of intangible services and justify investment through business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities, track activity, and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results in a fast-paced, growing organization.
