[Hiring] Sales Associate @Global Team

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Associate to join GlobalTeam and work with our client on generating new business opportunities and increasing membership conversions. In this role, you will manage the sales process from initial prospect outreach to closing membership deals. You'll make outbound calls, send text messages, follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and consistently work toward daily and monthly sales targets. Strong spoken English is required, and bilingual Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and drive membership sales through consistent prospect outreach.
• Make outbound calls and send text messages to engage potential customers and convert prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring all prospects receive timely follow-ups.
• Follow the company's established sales process and participate in daily sales training.
• Maintain a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day and achieve at least 2.5 hours of daily talk time.
• Track sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates to monitor individual results.
• Book a minimum of 2 trial sessions per day while maintaining an 85% show rate.
• Achieve a minimum target of 25 converted memberships per month.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
• Continuously develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in phone-based sales, outbound sales, appointment setting, or membership sales.
• Experience generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and following up with prospects.
• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calling and consistent follow-up activities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track sales activities and performance metrics.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and conversion goals.
• Ability to follow established sales processes and participate in ongoing training.
• Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day, averaging 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency (strongly preferred).
• Previous experience in the fitness, gym, health, or wellness industry.
• Experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or recurring-service packages.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
• Experience working with international companies and U.S.-based clients.
