[Hiring] Account Executive @Proemion

Role Description

Your mandate is new business in Italy and the wider EMEA region:

• You open OEM accounts Proemion does not serve today and take them through to a signed contract and the first series project.
• You build your own pipeline of target accounts, from first outreach to close.
• You get deep into your customers' organisations and bring engineering, service, aftermarket, IT and procurement to the same table.
• You shape the technical solution together with our pre-sales team and win decision-makers over with the business case.
• You own proposal, negotiation and close.
• After rollout you hand the customer over to account management and customer success in a structured way, and stay close for follow-on business.
• You represent Proemion at trade fairs, conferences and on customer sites, and bring market feedback back into the company.
• You report to the VP Sales EMEA and work closely with pre-sales, marketing and product management.

Qualifications

• Several years of new-business experience selling complex technical B2B solutions, ideally to OEMs in the off-highway sector.
• Comfortable with sales cycles of 12 to 24 months and multiple decision-makers on the customer side.
• Familiar with recurring revenue models such as subscriptions or service contracts.
• Technical understanding and the appetite to go deep into machines, electronics and data architectures.
• Confident with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
• Business-fluent Italian and English; German is a plus, not a requirement.
• Independent, results-driven and disciplined enough to build a pipeline remotely.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA, with a focus on Italy.
