[Hiring] Account Executive, Influencer Marketing @Acceleration Partners

Role Description

The Account Specialist position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Some travel may be required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

As an Account Specialist, you will provide white glove service to diverse brands investing in influencer marketing campaigns. This role is particularly focused on campaign execution, including but not limited to:

• Driving influencer recruitment
• Managing influencer partnerships
• Owning campaign deliverables, tracking, and reporting

The Account Specialist will also drive strategy by:

• Analyzing campaign performance
• Identifying success areas and/or challenge areas
• Proactively implementing strategic measures to continuously optimize programs towards goals and objectives

The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing successful, KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies. They will have:

• Working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate
• The ability to both develop comprehensive strategy as well as capably execute
• A history of working well with peers, quickly establishing relationships easily and leading through influence

You’ll work closely with your manager and peers to maximize program effectiveness and create opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working for an influencer marketing agency and experience executing influencer campaigns and managing both client and influencer relationships
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies
• Excellent at communicating, presenting and approval from clients on new campaign strategies and initiatives
• Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
