Role Description

Government Marketplace of Delaware, a woman-owned consulting firm, is growing our appointment setting team!

• This is a remote role!
• 100% Remote — work from your own home office, no commute, ever.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am EST – 4:30pm EST / 8:00 am CST -- 3:30pm CST. No nights. No weekends. No exceptions.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls (approx. 200/day) to business owners about government contract opportunities.
• We hand you a proven 2-page script and your own dedicated phone line — no guessing, no cold scripting on the fly.
• This is a high-end, high-ticket conversation, and we set you up to have it well.

Qualifications

• A quiet home workspace
• Laptop or desktop running Windows 11
• High-speed internet
• Headset for clear calls
• A positive, outgoing personality

Requirements

• Experience in appointment setting, call centers, or sales is preferred.
