Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing
• 3-6+ qualified appointments set per day
• High consistency in call volume and effort
• Low no-show rate through proper framing and confirmation
• Strong energy, confidence, and professionalism on every call
• Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying positive
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused for long periods
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Experience with CRMs, dialers, or sales tools is a plus

Requirements

• Make 200-300 outbound calls per day to real estate agents
• Follow a proven call script and maintain consistency
• Clearly communicate the company's value proposition, helping agents close more deals
• Overcome objections and keep conversations on track
• Schedule qualified Zoom appointments on the calendar
• Accurately log call outcomes and notes in CRM
• Follow up with warm prospects via call and text when needed
