Role Description

Our Client is seeking a proven, high-energy Remote Sales Development Manager to serve as the founding sales coach and build an elite B2B SDR organization from the ground up across Latin America. Working directly alongside the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and VP of Marketing, this executive leader will:

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 10+ remote SDRs.
• Establish prospecting playbooks.
• Build Salesforce and Apollo workflows.
• Implement daily coaching routines (role-plays, call reviews, objection handling).
• Drive outbound pipeline generation targeting IT and Procurement decision-makers at global enterprises (10,000+ employees).

Qualifications

• B2B SDR Leadership Experience: 5+ years of direct experience building, leading, and managing remote B2B SDR/BDR teams of 10 or more representatives, with verified performance references.
• Enterprise Tech/IT Industry Track Record: Proven track record of managing outreach into large US and global enterprises (10,000+ employees), specifically targeting IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain decision-makers within IT hardware, cloud services, tech infrastructure, or enterprise software sectors.
• Complex Consultative Sales Cycles: Strong background navigating multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes with long lead-nurturing horizons (12+ months).
• Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce (dashboards, activity reports, lead routing) and Apollo (sequence creation, list building, automation), along with modern AI sales acceleration tools.
• Playbook Execution in First 30 Days: Possesses ready-to-implement training frameworks, onboarding modules, and daily management routines capable of immediate deployment.
• Fluent C1/C2 English Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills to coach executive-level communication and engage directly with US C-suite executives.
• Schedule Alignment: Full commitment to work standard US Eastern Time business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET).
• Remote Workspace Infrastructure: High-performance management workstation, dual-monitor setup, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and enterprise-grade internet connection with backup power solutions.

Requirements

• Personal background in competitive athletics or high-performance team environments.
• Direct experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining top-tier remote sales talent located in Latin America.
• Familiarity with ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), circular technology services, hardware supply chains, or enterprise IT lifecycle management.

• Competitive salary: $2,800 – $4,500 USD/month base salary (commensurate with experience).
