[Hiring] Sales Manager @B2B Realty

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to run the day-to-day side of our sales team. This is an operational and tactical role.

• Lead two Sales Associates based in the United States.
• Own our monthly target and be responsible for follow-ups, closings, and pipeline maintenance.
• Report to the Marketing and Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Team and pipeline management:
  • Run weekly deal reviews with each Sales Associate, covering every open deal and its next step.
  • Decide when to follow up, through which channel, and with what message.
  • Assign and reassign leads across the team.
  • Step in when a deal stalls or a prospect becomes difficult.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and stage discipline in LeadSimple.
  • Help the team close, including joining calls on larger deals.
  • Approve concessions and special terms within limits set by management.
  • Monitor response times and ensure leads are answered on time.
  • Coach and onboard new sales team members.
• Quality and analysis:
  • Review calls and messages to find what works and what needs improvement, then provide feedback for the team.
  • Analyze won and lost deals, conversion between pipeline stages, and lead sources.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Coordination with operations:
  • Ensure every new client is handed over to operations with complete information and clear expectations.
  • Act as the link between sales and operations when issues arise.

Qualifications

• At least five years of overall sales experience, including three years in sales operations or sales management.
• Experience managing or coaching salespeople.
• Hands-on experience running a CRM as an administrator, not only as a user.
• Fluent written English.
• Spoken English good enough to communicate with the team.
• Strong skills in sales reporting and analysis.
• Availability to work US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with outbound motions: email sequences, SMS campaigns, and list building.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or another B2B service business with monthly recurring fees.
• Experience managing a remote or distributed team.
• More than two years of experience using Claude or other LLMs in a professional capacity.
• Fluent spoken English and comfort speaking with US clients on the phone.

Benefits

• Fully remote, work-from-home role.
• Salary: $1,000 to $1,600 per month, depending on experience.
• Commission on any deal the team closes over the monthly threshold.
• This role is central to the expansion of B2B Realty's sales and marketing team.
