Role Description

We are hiring a Hungarian-speaking Sales Consultant (L1) to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This is a client-facing B2B sales role, combining outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and light closing activities. Depending on the campaign, you may either book meetings (e.g. webinars) or pass qualified leads to the Level 2 sales team. This is not a purely administrative role — we are looking for confident communicators who can engage prospects, handle objections, and contribute to sales performance.

Qualifications

• Hungarian: C2 (Professional proficiency required)
• English: good working level
• Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments
• Proven ability in closing sales (not only lead generation)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems and structured workflows
