[Hiring] Account Executive @Breezeway

Role Description

Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and make an immediate impact on our growth across the UK market. We're looking for a consultative, driven seller who wants genuine ownership of a market — not just a territory someone else built. You'll prospect, build relationships, and help property managers solve real operational challenges using a platform already trusted by thousands of hospitality providers globally.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the UK market
• Act as the voice of the UK market internally — sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
• Leverage HubSpot to manage all sales activity
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Breezeway effectively

Qualifications

• A strong communicator who can sell and negotiate at all levels
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, scaling environment
• Curious, driven, and always looking to improve
• Collaborative, but gets things done independently
• Energetic, gritty, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets

Requirements

• 3+ years in a closing SaaS sales role or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Full sales cycle experience from outbound through to close
• Strong outbound prospecting skills
• HubSpot experience is a plus
• Start-up or scale-up experience is a plus
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage
