Role Description
This role involves helping customers adopt new tools across the PostHog ecosystem and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Qualify and process inbound interest from potential customers.
- Manage an existing book of business with engaged, high-paying customers.
- Own customer feedback and communicate it to the wider PostHog team.
- Be hyper-responsive and act as an extension of the customer’s team.
- Become an expert on all PostHog products to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Commercially-minded and excited about growing and retaining revenue.
- Strong customer focus and ability to help users effectively.
- Good at handling relationships strategically.
- Able to understand product details to enhance customer conversations.
Requirements
- Based in Singapore.
- Experience working with similar technologies, such as developer tools or product analytics.
- Previous ownership of customers in the $20k-100k+ ARR range.
