Role Description

Design core DEX features (e.g., Swap & Bridge) and drive product iterations
Write PRDs and coordinate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery
Optimize trading routes, enhance user trading experience and success rates through data analysis, and improve user retention
Stay updated on security and compliance, working closely with the technical team to mitigate security risks

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in Web3 / DeFi / DEX
Familiar with AMM, liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, and blockchain fundamentals
Capable of independently writing PRDs, experienced in agile development and requirements management
Strong data analysis skills, understanding of blockchain infrastructure, and familiarity with Solidity / EVM ecosystem to communicate effectively with technical teams
Fluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with overseas clients/partners

Requirements
