Role Description
Roar Apex is looking for a data-driven Growth Engineer with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, technology, and execution. You will leverage data analysis, automation, and experimentation to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
- Design and orchestrate data-driven buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversion.
- Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using modern analytics and growth tools.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
- Utilize analytics to measure, test, and refine GTM strategies for continuous optimization.
- Create automated workflows and systems that scale revenue operations efficiently.
- Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire revenue funnel with a strong emphasis on data insights.
- Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies and analytics tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in modern GTM analytics tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Keyplay, Smartlead, Rb2b, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing data-driven revenue-generating systems.
- Experience with automation tools and the ability to create scalable workflows.
- Ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets to improve decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align GTM strategies across teams.
- Background in revenue operations, growth, or technical GTM roles with a strong analytics focus.
- Basic coding capabilities (SQL, Python, or similar) for data extraction and analysis.

- Webcam for virtual meetings and team collaboration.
