Role Description
This role involves leading sales efforts in the Northeast United States as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and regions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment within the laser marking, medical device, or automotive industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel from 50-75% of the time within the Northeast region.
