Role Description
As a Solutions Consultant (all genders) at TradeLink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our prospects and customers have a customized and impactful experience with our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, integrations, automation, and customer success, bridging the gap between Go-To-Market (GTM) and R&D teams to create scalable solutions that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Support Sales & Customer Success by acting as the go-to product expert in deal processes.
- Pitch customized TradeLink demos tailored to complex customer logistics processes.
- Develop and present API & integration use cases to prospects and customers, ensuring seamless platform connectivity.
- Lead API integration projects, enabling smooth adoption and driving customer stickiness.
- Advise on platform testing, automation, and third-party connectivity, helping customers unlock the full potential of TradeLink.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to create scalable methods for deep product testing and integrations.
- Provide insights to the product team, acting as a key stakeholder in refining TradeLink’s functionalities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics technology or SaaS implementations, ideally in logistics consulting, EDI/integration projects, or IT-driven process automation.
- Background in EDI, API integrations, or process automation, preferably.
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development.
- Track record of leading customer-facing projects, such as integration deployments, system automation, or technical solution consulting.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, or automation tools is a strong plus.
- Excitement about solving technical challenges and constantly testing new approaches.
- Great communication skills in German and English.
