Role Description
We are seeking an organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving growth for all of our brands within the delicatessen and food industry. This role will involve supporting multiple sales representatives, handling client communications, and assisting with the coordination of sales events and activities.
- Support multiple sales representatives by managing schedules, leads, and communications.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing sales events, or client meetings.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth operations and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update sales data in tools like Hubspot to track leads and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to support the sales team’s efforts.
- Assist in generating and managing reports related to sales activities and performance.
- Ensure excellent client service by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably within the food or delicatessen industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and support multiple sales reps.
- Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
