Role Description
As our Senior Product Manager (all genders) at TradeLink, your role will be instrumental in guiding the team's strategy, driving innovation, and implementing efficient processes for product delivery.
- Define product vision and strategy in close collaboration with Product Leadership, coordinating work across teams and guiding their roadmaps.
- Identify business viability and opportunity size for new features based on project outcomes and product success metrics.
- Own product discovery and solutioning, enabling your team to ship features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions, and clearly defined business value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, founders, and GTM to drive product development and ensure high-quality releases.
- Measure impact on customer and business outcomes and provide informed KPI and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products.
- Excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities and a passion for achieving organizational goals.
- Effective communication skills in English and German.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring outcomes.
