Role Description
Reimagined Parking is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead and manage the Facilities Services and Rental Car verticals. This senior leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of our Facilities Services and Rental Car divisions.

Drive Strategic Growth in the Facilities Services and Rental Car Verticals
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the facilities services and rental car markets, targeting partnerships with rental car companies, airports, and other key stakeholders in the transportation industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand Reimagined Parking’s services within both the facilities services and rental car verticals.
- Lead efforts to drive profitability by enhancing service offerings, securing high-value contracts, and pursuing new revenue streams through solution-based selling and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee and manage key contracts within the facilities services and rental car sectors, ensuring timely execution and adherence to performance expectations.

Develop and Implement Market Differentiation Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages within the facilities services and rental car industries.
- Position Reimagined Parking as the preferred partner in both verticals by emphasizing technology-driven solutions that enhance customer service, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Create tailored value propositions that resonate with rental car companies and facilities management clients, addressing their specific operational needs and driving long-term success.

Deliver Comprehensive Facilities Services and Rental Car Solutions
- Engage with facilities managers, airport authorities, rental car agencies, and other key stakeholders to assess their operational needs and challenges related to parking, fleet management, and facilities maintenance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and innovative solutions to optimize parking capacity, improve fleet management, enhance customer experiences, and ensure operational efficiencies within rental car operations and facility management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, operations, and customer service, to design and implement customized solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Industry Best Practices
- Guide clients in navigating and complying with relevant regulations and industry standards governing rental car operations, parking management, and facilities services.
- Oversee operational procedures and policies related to fleet management, rental car services, and facilities maintenance to ensure that all activities align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure all facilities and rental car services are delivered in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring a high standard of safety, security, and operational integrity.

Strengthen Client and Stakeholder Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key rental car and facilities services clients, providing expert guidance and support in managing and optimizing their operations.
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with rental car companies, facilities managers, and other industry stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and drive ongoing value for clients.

Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team within the Facilities Services and Rental Car verticals, setting clear goals, KPIs, and objectives to drive business outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
- Ensure alignment across departments, including operations, marketing, technology, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional service to clients in both verticals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience working in car rental services or fleet management, with an understanding of the operational challenges and regulatory requirements of this sector.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in facilities management, parking, and fleet management, including smart parking systems, mobile apps, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong network of relationships within the rental car and facilities management industries, with a proven ability to leverage these relationships for business development.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
