Reimagined Parking is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) to spearhead the growth and profitability of its Hospitality and Valet verticals. This high-impact executive role will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic vision that accelerates revenue expansion, enhances market positioning, and drives operational excellence. The SVP will cultivate strong relationships with real estate asset owners, hotel operators, and other key stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities, optimize service offerings, and implement cutting-edge solutions that elevate guest experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a proven track record of scaling businesses, and a strategic mindset focused on revenue optimization, innovation, and long-term profitability.



Key Responsibilities

Profitable Sales Growth
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities within real estate asset owners, hotel operators and large-scale commercial properties.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that expand Reimagined Parking’s service offerings, emphasizing the growth of hospitality and valet verticals.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets by leveraging strategic partnerships, expanding service lines, and implementing effective solution-based selling techniques.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts with institutional clients.
2. Develop and Implement Market Differentiation Strategy
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify competitive advantages and emerging trends within the parking, hospitality, and valet industries.
  • Position Reimagined Parking as the preferred provider by focusing on innovation and technology-driven solutions that differentiate the company in the marketplace.
  • Create tailored value propositions that address the specific needs and pain points of institutional clients, offering customized solutions that drive long-term value.
3. Deliver Comprehensive Parking Solutions
  • Engage with real estate asset owners, hotel operators, and other key stakeholders to assess their parking management needs, including valet and hospitality-specific services.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize parking capacity, improve operational efficiency, and maximize revenue generation.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to design and implement customized parking management programs and services that meet the unique needs of each client.
4. Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices
  • Guide real estate asset owners, hotel operators, and other key stakeholders in the implementation and refinement of parking ordinances, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide strategic oversight by implementing best practices and effective management techniques to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of service and accountability.
  • Ensure all operations align with local regulations, industry’s best practices, and Reimagined Parking’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
5. Strengthen Client and Stakeholder Relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate asset owners, hotel operators, and other key stakeholders, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships built on trust, expertise, and measurable results.
  • Conduct ongoing performance evaluations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering superior customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the parking, hospitality, and valet industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals while adapting to evolving market conditions.
• Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in sales and business development, with a history of exceeding revenue and profitability targets through solution-based selling and strategic partnerships.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of parking regulations, municipal policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational effectiveness.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex contracts and negotiations at a high level.
  • 10+ years of expertise in technology-driven solutions within the parking or hospitality industries.
  • Available to travel 50% of the time
