Role Description
This role involves shaping the future of work by delivering the digital workforce of tomorrow for clients.
- Help grow Content, Business Process, and Automation software and services business.
- Act as a leader for clients and other consultants.
- Identify business opportunities and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and evaluate current business performance.
- Identify and develop strategic initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.
- Work with leading automation partners including Box, IBM, Microsoft, and UiPath.

Deliver solutions across leading technologies including:
- Process and Task Mining
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Intelligent Document Processing
- Business Process Management
- Artificial Intelligence (NLU, Computer Vision, ML, Large Foundation Models)
- Low Code Application Platforms
- Be comfortable and effective with top-of-the-funnel objectives: prospecting, leveraging partner relationships, and social media marketing.
- Develop a sustained pipeline of prospects through marketing lead follow-up and professional relationships.
- Provide support to qualified prospects and customers including follow-up and product information.
- Update and maintain VersaFile’s CRM system and business partners' CRM portals.
- This role may include travel throughout the US up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers.
- Exceptional ability to absorb new technology concepts and articulate them in business terms.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to successfully navigate matrixed sales organizations building credibility and access to clients.
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or better in a technology related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development with proven success in meeting/exceeding assigned quotas.
- Must have sales experience selling Box.
- Experience in Business Process Solutions and Automation Technologies.
- Proven experience in building trust with clients through consultative selling.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized individual with great time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive company environment.
- Passion for client success.
- Tenacious competitor dedicated to winning business and closing deals.

Experience in one or more industries including:
- Finance and Banking
- Insurance
- Energy and Utilities
- Retail
- Communications
- Experience selling IBM FileNet and/or MS SharePoint Solutions is a plus.
