Role Description
Your mission is to acquire high-quality customers for lemlist - our Sales Engagement Platform - and, more generally, lemlist's product.
- In charge of the full sales cycle, including prospection, negotiation, the closing phase, and customer onboarding.
- Focus on companies with 100 to 1,000 employees in various industries and sales teams with 5 to 50 people.
- Leverage Inbound (Demo Requests and Product-Led Sales teams) and Outbound (using lemlist to find prospects).
Key Results:
- After 3 months, demonstrate mastery of the product, build an outbound pipeline, and close higher velocity deals (5-10 seats).
- Close some Inbound / Product-Led-Sales customers and generate revenue.
- After 12 months, achieve quotas for most months, become an expert with the product, and build relationships with multiple customers using referrals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales role as a top performer (top 20%)
- Sales expertise: ability to find prospects, create interest & deliver value, and close deals
- Experience in outbound: Cold call / Cold email / LinkedIn, generating 50% of your own pipeline
- Interest in the Sales stack / Sales automation software is a strong plus
- Competitor mindset: team player who hates losing/failing
- Self-starter; ability to work hard independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit; capable of making things work without extensive resources
