Role Description

This role involves leading our acquisition sales organization, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Establish and track key sales performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Drive customer acquisition and expand relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market penetration.
Lead contract negotiations and high-value deal closures with enterprise customers.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Implement training programs and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Provide product and marketing teams with feedback to ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive and aligned with market demand.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the B2B software industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling and managing high-performing sales teams.
Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
Proven ability to build and manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that effectively engage C-Level Executives.
Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Experience selling into Acquisition Accounts greater than $1B.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, including direct sales, channel sales, and partnerships.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
