Role Description
This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients to provide “white glove” service while guiding them through the intake process.
- Conduct outbound client communications via phone, email, and text.
- Ask discovery questions to identify client needs and match them with services.
- Qualify leads and communicate with Regional Intake Managers to schedule assessments.
- Conduct virtual assessments and close clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Handle multiple priorities including outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and live chat.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall performance.
- Prioritize quick response times and expedite efficient intake activities across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, entry, and documentation related to intake procedures.
- Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline the intake process and address challenges.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners, agencies, and stakeholders involved in the intake process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years previous experience in a high-end inside sales/intake role, or equivalent experience, healthcare preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
