Role Description
The ideal candidate is a passionate and detail-oriented team player.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry
- Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and technical departments, to support client onboarding and service delivery
- Regularly attend conferences
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a great plus
- Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
- Fluency in Russian and English
