Role Description

As a Sales Executive at J-Vers, you will help shape the future of recruitment by:

Identifying and attracting new clients, negotiating terms of cooperation, and categorizing generated leads to assess their needs and potential
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, exploring opportunities to expand advertising campaigns, and communicating strategic approaches with partners
Tracking the performance of existing campaigns and enhancing agreements to meet business goals
Researching new business models, gathering valuable insights from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies

Qualifications

Proficiency in German at a C1 level and English at a B2 level, fluency in Ukrainian
Any commercial experience for 1 year
Excellent business communication and argumentation skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with statistics, draw conclusions from data, and apply these insights in negotiations
High productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines
