Role Description
This role involves optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth within the Revenue Operations team.
- Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals.
- Analyze sales data for trends and areas for growth, and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives.
- Support the sales team with targeted training and resources to maximize their productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage sales forecasting and reporting.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM data and reporting systems.
- Lead the implementation of new sales technologies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field.
- Proven experience leading, motivating and high performing team.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
