Role Description
This role is essential in optimizing sales operations, keeping the pipeline moving, and tracking performance metrics to help us maximize efficiency and success.
- Support the Sales Director by managing leads, ensuring they are assigned and followed up with precision.
- Oversee lead distribution and track sales performance.
- Monitor client communications (calls, texts, emails) and maintain the hot leads list.
- Prepare performance reports and assist with price-checking orders.
- Coordinate with marketing to re-engage MIA clients through strategic text campaigns.
