Role Description
We’re hiring a Terminal Commercial Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in our terminal portfolios.
- Focus on developing opportunities for growth
- Maintain client relationships
- Develop action plans to improve performance
- This role can be fully remote; preference for candidates near Waltham, MA
Qualifications
- 7+ years in commercial or business development experience in the midstream/downstream energy sector
- Strong at building and maintaining relationships and networks within industry and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of creative deal structures and commercial acumen
- Basic financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Extensive experience in customer-facing positions in the industry
- Effective across multiple mediums of communication (face-to-face, email, phone, video calls)
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Understanding of differences in risk between large vs. small scale deals
- Must be comfortable with approximately 25% - 30% of travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field required
- Master’s degree in business (MBA) preferred
