Role Description
The Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential sellers of vacant land. As the first point of contact, you will establish relationships with landowners, gather property details, and ensure only well-qualified leads move forward. You will also support data tracking and reporting to help optimize the cold calling process.
- Generate qualified leads by making outbound calls to vacant landowners.
- Gather and document key property details in the CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls with the acquisition team.
- Generate weekly performance reports to track key metrics.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong spoken English with minimal accent to communicate effectively with US-based clients
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Proficiency with dialer software (Readymode experience a plus)
- High energy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with experience using a CRM system
- Availability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Experience with Follow Up Boss (CRM).
- Familiarity with Readymode dialer software.
- Background in real estate, specifically vacant land acquisitions.
- Experience evaluating land and using land assessment tools like Land.Id.
