Role Description
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business through proactive B2B outreach. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting potential partners through strategic cold outreach and relationship-building. You'll work closely with the founder and project management team to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Identify target businesses, conduct cold outreach (calls & emails), and schedule high-quality meetings.
- Assess lead potential, maintain CRM records, and track follow-ups to optimize conversions.
- Develop rapport with key decision-makers to nurture long-term business opportunities.
- Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, JobTread) and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (remote experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English (higher proficiency preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, JobTread, or similar).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, design, or real estate (nice-to-have).
- Based in Latin America or South Africa with PST schedule availability (nice-to-have).
- Previous success in a commission-driven sales role (nice-to-have).
