Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute compelling social media strategies across multiple brands and locations. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong strategic, analytical, and engagement skills, helping to grow brand awareness and build an active online community.
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions).
- Collaborate on promotions and brand campaigns.
- Engage with followers and build an online community.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
- Partner with influencers and local communities.
- Stay updated on trends, including paid ads and SEO.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of social media management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in building online communities and driving brand engagement.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, scheduling tools, and paid ad campaigns.
- Experience in content creation, photography, and video editing.
- Excellent storytelling, branding, and engagement skills.
- Strong English communication skills (60-80+ proficiency).
- Ability to manage multiple brand identities while maintaining consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Background in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Google Ads).

- Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)
