Role Description
The Client Experience Project Coordinator is a critical role ensuring PuzzleHR can quickly and effectively onboard a customer onto our services. The objective of this position is to administer and support closely with our Project Managers. You will perform various coordinating tasks such as administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, and risk management. Ultimately, the Client Experience Project Coordinator’s duties are to support the Project Manager with ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Provide day-to-day project management and tracking of all outlined tasks within each project plan.
- Lead and govern basic-level clients through onboarding and implementation through project management methodology.
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks such as requirements gathering, reporting, and scheduling.
- Collaboration with our Project Managers and internal teams to support the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of project plans through implementation.
- Provide project updates to Project Managers consistently regarding progress and risk management.
- Analyze risks and opportunities by monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Front to communicate and create agendas in PowerPoint, etc.
- Manage portfolio with appropriate documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years in related human resources experience preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years in related Project Management methodology experience is preferred.
- CAPM certification preferred.
- Demonstrated eye for process improvement.
- Ability to deliver clear and effective presentations both internally and client facing.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- Hands on experience with project management tools (ex, Monday.com).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Ability to work independently and collectively across the organization.
