Role Description
This role involves enhancing your career within National Accounts at Fresh Direct.
- Accountable for customer performance, ensuring company profitability, customer requirements, and individual growth targets are met.
- Supports and executes Joint Business Plans to drive profitable and collaborative customer growth.
- Monitor, report & forecast on account performance against sales budget and cash margin to maximize future performance.
- Manage contractual Key Business Indicators as part of all customer reviews.
- Annually review customer account plans as part of the budgeting process for the following year.
- Work with other departments to ensure budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention are achieved across the portfolio.
- Identify, understand, and communicate customer needs and development aspirations.
- Strong internal communication skills to keep management team members updated on opportunities or threats that could impact the business.
- Fully utilize the NPD function to maximize opportunities within the current customer base to drive account value and profitability.
