Role Description
As a Location Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a selection of viable sites where we can deploy our charging infrastructure. This includes supporting the permitting process, supporting the grid connection process, and all other activities necessary to let our site engineers and deployment managers start the site's development. In addition to this, you will be responsible for all aspects of contracting any given location.
- Identifying potential locations to develop e-truck charging infrastructure.
- Aligning with internal stakeholders to determine which sites to contract.
- Initiating negotiations with location owners and/or operators to contract the sites and/or rights to develop.
- Lead negotiations for the lease, purchase or licensing agreements.
- Supporting the necessary permits and/or approvals that are essential for site development.
- Building relationships with key external stakeholders and aligning with them on processes and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in site contracting within commercial real estate or a similar field.
- Experience with acquisition/contracting for charging solutions or complex electrical projects.
- Strong commercial business development experience.
- Ability to identify interesting opportunities and convert them into strategy, improvements, or innovations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make well-judged decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Alignment with values: progressive, sustainable, approachable, fast-paced, and reliable.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or similar field.
