Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Distribution Partner Accounts Manager to develop and manage relationships with our Distribution Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support, and ensuring Distribution Partner success through effective collaboration, open dialogue, and performance tracking.

Distribution Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for Distribution Partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess Distribution Partner performance and identify growth opportunities.

Training & Enablement:
- Help to provide Distribution Partners with product training, sales tools, and resources to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Ensure Distribution Partners are well-equipped to position and sell our products effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track Distribution Partner sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report insights to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work with product teams to relay Distribution Partner feedback and improve offerings.
- Assist in resolving any operational, logistical, or deployment challenges faced by Distribution Partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, channel sales, or Distribution Partner partnerships.
- Excellent communication, resourcefulness, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
