Role Description
This role involves developing relationships with potential clients and managing sales activities.
- Make cold calls and conduct online/stationary meetings with potential clients
- Report commercial activities in CRM and sales pipeline
- Create commercial offers, terms of reference for the recruitment department and the sales department
- Search and define the needs of potential customers
- Establish contacts with potential customers and conduct negotiations
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
- Business trips are possible
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience in selling HR services would be an asset
