Role Description

Find.co is seeking a results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead revenue-generating partnerships and expand our performance marketing ecosystem. This role will be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic partnerships, driving revenue through affiliate and content-driven collaborations with media sites, influencers, podcasts, and other content creators.

In addition to owning partner strategy, outreach, and relationship management, this person will oversee the development of self-serve platforms and products—working as the project manager to ensure these initiatives are successfully executed. The ideal candidate is a strong external-facing leader with deep knowledge of the content creator and affiliate marketing ecosystems.

  • Develop and execute Find.co’s partnership strategy to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Own key performance metrics, including partner conversions, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships with content creators, publishers, influencers, and media platforms.
  • Develop and oversee scalable, self-serve solutions that allow partners to onboard and monetize effectively.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that drive long-term value for both Find.co and our partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of initiatives that enable partner success, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Commercial teams.
  • Serve as the project manager for the development of tools and products that enhance our partnership ecosystem—coordinating internal resources but not directly building the product.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve partner engagement and platform performance.
  • Act as the face of Find.co’s partnerships, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential and existing partners.
  • Develop marketing and educational content to engage and retain partners.
  • Represent Find.co at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and attract partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue-focused partnership, business development, or affiliate marketing role.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through content, media, or affiliate marketing partnerships.
  • Strong external-facing skills with experience managing content creators, influencers, and media partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the content creator ecosystem and affiliate marketing business models.
  • Experience in Crypto products or iGaming is a plus but not required.
