Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Groups Travel Advisor to build and grow the Groups division at Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV). This is a hands-on sales role focused on establishing the processes and structure for a successful Groups business within our B2B reservations division.
- Build the framework for UJV’s Groups division, including defining systems and processes, sales strategies, and operational workflows.
- Act as the primary sales advisor for group travel, handling inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients.
- Oversee the full group movement from request to travel, including quoting, sale, rooming list coordination, and final travel execution.
- Work with the tech team to identify and fix system gaps or inefficiencies to create a seamless booking process for group travel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors and industry partners to drive repeat and referral business.
- Continuously assess and refine sales and operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position UJV’s Groups division as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years in group travel sales within the luxury B2B travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and B2B agency dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully selling and managing group travel bookings.
- Confident in making decisions, setting priorities, and driving initiatives forward.
- Comfortable identifying operational challenges and working cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Highly motivated and capable of building something from the ground up with minimal direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
