Role Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Manager in Training. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work remotely, learn from the best in our company, and receive mentorship from our executive leadership team.
- Provide exceptional financial services to clients, focusing on protecting families and children through sound financial planning and advice.
- Work remotely, leveraging virtual communication tools to collaborate with team members and serve clients across different time zones.
- Learn from and be mentored by our executive leadership team, gaining invaluable insights and guidance to develop your leadership skills.
- Assist in the growth and expansion of our client base, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Requirements
Please Note this is a position that requires you to be Life Licensed. If you are not licensed, we do offer a course through the company at a discounted rate. This is a work from home, commission plus bonus position. As a performance-based job, it gives you the opportunity to make as much as you care to work for.
Note: position is remote, but candidate must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA or VA states, for licensing reasons. We also help with pre-licensing course.
